Jake’s Gets a PG rating, More Theaters, and we Master the Soundtrack!!!!!!!!

   On the 28th of July, Jake’s Corner was awarded a PG rating from the Motion Picture Association of America! This is a great happening for our movie as it opens Jake’s Corner up to an huge additional group of movie watchers. Children under 13.

 

   In addition to this great news, The Winchester Theater in Show Low, The theater in White Mountain, and the The Sawmill Theater in Payson has contacted us and wants Jake’s Corner to open there as well. We are attempting to contact the owners of Lake Havasu City 6 plex and the Sapphire Theater in Safford.

 

   On the 22nd of July we went to Oasis Mastering studio in Burbank and mastered the soundtrack. We intermixed songs from the movie and Steve Dorff’s great score. We have 5 songs by BJ Thomas, 3 from our favorite Arizona singer/songwriter Tom McCormick and approximately another 6-7 songs from the film. We created something incredble with Steve’s already amazing score by taking dialog from the film and putting it over the first 15-20 seconds  of each score piece. THE SOUNDTRACK IS AMAZING!
